1. PCC Participants are responsible for booking the correct dates and events which they wish to attend, in accordance with the “PCC Events Booking Terms & Conditions”.
2. PCC is not responsible for the wrong booking of events and refunds are not guaranteed for incorrect bookings.
3. PCC Participants are responsible for:-
a. Completing the correct mandatory fields on each “Product”/ event,
b. Carrying out the instructions associated with that mandatory field e.g. booking equipment when instructed
c. Adhering to any additional terms and conditions associated with individual “Products”/ events, e.g. agreeing to membership renewal terms & conditions.
4. PCC Participants need to pay the full amount for the event they are booking, via the PCC Shop, and to the PCC Pay Pal Account.
5. PCC Participants are expected to pay for the event they are booking, within 24 hours of the purchase of the event, in order to confirm their booking on the event in accordance with the “PCC Events Booking Terms & Conditions”.
6. If a PCC Participant does not pay for their booking, via the PCC Pay Pal account, within 24 hours of making the booking, through the PCC Shop, the Club holds the right to cancel the PCC Participants’ booking onto that event. Therefore, the PCC Participants’ booking onto that event will be cancelled.
7. The PCC Participant will be charged additional fees for an event, if they have paid the incorrect fee when booking; e.g. not hiring equipment via the “Shop” when they need equipment hire.
8. Refunds may be given in accordance with the “PCC Refund Policy.“
The PCC Shop T & C state:-
